Please bring photo identification and proof of address in Boulder County or Broomfield County.

If both the Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley School Districts are closed, then Community Food Share will also close for the day. If only one of the two school districts closes, then we will evaluate the need to close on a case-by-case basis. We may be open in those circumstances with a skeleton crew, and limited services. Whenever possible, we will leave a message on our Facebook page and on our voice mail system letting callers know if we are closed. Call (303) 652-3663.

Frequently Asked Questions: Feeding Families

Feeding Families is open Wednesdays-Fridays, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

You may receive food once a week through the Feeding Families program.

To maintain social distancing, our onsite pantry is now a drive-through model that provides prepackaged boxes of food (before the pandemic, participants “shopped” as they would in a grocery store). Please remain in your car, and our staff and volunteers will load food into your trunk.

As a reminder to all of our program participants, please send a friend, family member, or neighbor on your behalf, if any of the following are true:

We are able to offer very basic customization of food boxes at our Feeding Families onsite food pantry. Participants are able to opt in or out of food categories, and we are able to provide some vegan and gluten-free options if they are available. Our current offering contains a variety of items (including fresh produce) that your household should be able to consume, including those with dietary restrictions. You can also decline milk and/or meat at the time of pick-up, and if you receive something you cannot use, please pass it along to someone who can.
