Chefs throughout our community will join efforts to create a locally-sourced meal to honor Hunger Action Month. Each chef will cook up dishes with key ingredients gleaned from local farms. This event will bring awareness to hunger in our community — and to Community Food Share’s sustainability initiatives as they relate to hunger relief.
Tickets include dinner, signature cocktails, live music, and a live and silent auction.

Meet Our Guest Chefs
Antonio Laudisio grew up working in New York’s and Miami’s Italian restaurant scenes. At last year’s Farm to Fork Dinner, he brought true Italian flavor with his handcrafted, brick oven pizzas and Hazel Del mushroom polenta. Laudisio has developed his own twist on the Farm-to-Table movement: the chef owns and operates Laudisio Mobile, a fleet of mobile wood-fired ovens that partners with local producers to bring rustic cuisine to the Boulder community. We can’t wait to see what Laudisio and our other guest chefs cook up for us this year!
Irwin Marquez-Gonzalez is a kitchen manager in the Eureka! Restaurant Group, a group that creates “craveable dining experiences in an approachable atmosphere.” Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Marquez-Gonzalez will bring his extensive food industry experience to help make the flavors at our Farm to Fork Dinner take flight.
Amy’s love of baking began when she was just twelve years old. A Boulder native, she started volunteering for Bridge House in 2011. After she fell in love with their mission to end homelessness, Amy took a full-time job as their Community Table Kitchen pastry chef in 2014. Amy has pursued several pastry technique classes at Escoffier Culinary School in order to broaden her baking skills. which are sure to shine through in the desserts she makes for us.
Executive Chef at Community Table Kitchen since 2013, Trejo is a driven, quality-oriented chef, eager to apply 30 years of culinary skill, team management, and leadership to each project he endures. He launched his career in 1982, as a culinary intern at The Denver Petroleum Club. John is a great leader to the culinary staff at Community Table Kitchen, where he teaches useful skills to those in need while also providing high-quality food and service to its customers.
Live Music: Lumen & Longfellow
Lumen & Longfellow is made up of Colorado transplants Billy Dixon and Vani Sundaram. Both Dixon and Sundaram grew up singing and performing music with intricate harmonies; hailing most recently from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the duo met while performing in college A Capella groups. They’ve since satisfied their musical itch by performing at local breweries and jamming with friends in their home studio. Their two biggest fans are their dogs, Lumen and Gustav Longfellow.
Lumen & Longfellow performs mostly acoustic covers of folk, blues, and funk. Past performances have included covers of Justin Timberlake, Nickel Creek, Lake Street Dive, and Ray LaMontagne…to name a few.
