Hunger Action Month

Stand Against Hunger: September 2019

Join Community Food Share this September for Hunger Action Month, a month where people all over the United States stand together with the Feeding America network to fight hunger. It’s a month to spread the word and take action on the hunger crisis — and dedicate ourselves to a solution.

Hunger Action Day, Thursday, September 12, is a day where efforts across the country are focused for greater hunger-fighting impact. Whether you’re volunteering in our warehouse or in the mountains, wear orange on Hunger Action Day to raise awareness of hunger.

Participate in Hunger Action Month

Attending an event, giving money, volunteering, or touring Community Food Share are just a few of the ways you can pitch in for Hunger Action Month. By taking action, we can end hunger one helping at a time.
