Service Insights on MealConnect

Service Insights on MealConnect (SIMC) is a free, all-in-one, online tool for neighbor intake that will help us better serve you and your neighbors!

Apply 

Interested food pantries should apply for the free program, which takes about 10 minutes. You’ll be contacted within a week after submission.

Schedule

When your agency is selected, we will schedule a time to set up the program for your pantry, assess technological needs, and create an onboarding plan that works for you.

Train

Community Food Share will train your team on how to use the program. Trainings can take place in person before your first distribution using the program or virtually.

Go Live! 

A Community Food Share staff member will be present for your first digital intake to help troubleshoot and celebrate your accomplishment!

Maintain

Your pantry and Community Food Share will stay in contact to ensure everything is going well and will assist with any issues that arise.

Data Deep Dive

After 3 months of data collection, our staff will schedule a meeting to demonstrate dashboard usage and ensure data alignment.

Who Is Eligible to Join?

Any partnering food pantry with Community Food Share is eligible to join Service Insights on MealConnect (SIMC). Please note that this program does not currently support meal programs.
