Our drivers return to the warehouse with rescued food from local grocery stores. The team quickly unloads, quality-checks every item, sorts by type, and weighs everything. This data tells us exactly what was rescued and helps us track our impact. We process over 100 pounds per minute!

Food is immediately staged for distribution through our pantries, mobile units, and partner agencies. Time is critical – refrigerated items need to stay cold, and neighbors are counting on this food.
