Food Procurement Manager
The Food Procurement Manager is responsible for food acquisition and donor relations. He/she is directly responsible for the development and retention of long term food donors, and focusing the Operations staff on quality control, cost control and customer service. He/she creates and manages the process of procuring packaged food and produce from area grocery stores, distributors, brokers, food processors, manufacturers, farmers, and other local donors, as well as securing corporate and national food donations through the Feeding America (FA) food bank network. This position directly manages the procurement budget, the inventory and purchase order system; and is responsible for forecasting and demand analysis. The Food Procurement Manager serves as the subject matter expert for Community Food Share with specialized knowledge of purchasing, freight rate negotiation methods, and logistics strategies.  Download the complete job description here.

Warehouse Team Leader
The Warehouse Team Leader is directly responsible for overseeing the warehouse and inventory, assisting the Director of Operations with daily operations including shipping and receiving, order pulling, inventory control, sanitation, monitoring temperature controlled environments, equipment checklists, volunteer coordination, and general warehouse organization. The Team Leader executes many of the above functions as part of the warehouse team, collaborating with the Warehouse Coordinator and Warehouse Associate in task completion and directly coordinating volunteers in collaboration with the Volunteer Department. In collaboration with the Director of Operations, the Team Leader is the acting manager, responsible for keeping the warehouse operating smoothly and providing direction to the drivers and warehouse staff. The Warehouse Team Leader must have open availability from 7am to 5pm during the work week to perform the duties of this position and be able to attend all necessary meetings and events.
