Open Positions

Mobile Distribution Associate

The Mobile Distribution Associate (MDA) works under the direction of the Director of Operations performing key duties within the Community Food Share warehouse, expediting food donation intake and processing, loading and unloading trucks, creating, pulling, and filling agency orders, driving to Mobile Pantry sites and distributing food with the help of volunteers, managing warehouse supplies, and working with CFS clients and agencies. This position interacts with the community, our clients and agencies, on a regular basis and is required to have excellent customer service skills. The Mobile Distribution Associate assists with all minor facilities maintenance issues, identifying and correcting as needed. The MDA is also responsible for assisting with setup and tear down for events. The MDA must have open availability from 7am to 5pm during the week, Tuesday through Saturday, to perform the duties of this position and be able to attend all necessary meetings and events. Direct Distribution Coordinator
The Direct Distribution Coordinator (DDC) is responsible for executing Community Food Share’s direct distribution programs, including Feeding Families, Elder Share, Emergency Food Box program, The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). DDCs are responsible for assisting clients and agency representatives throughout the day on the warehouse floor in the Feeding Families area and the Agency shop area.
