Bilingual Enrollment Specialist 

The Bilingual Enrollment Specialist (ES) is responsible for processing new enrollments for Community Food Share’s direct distribution programs, including the Feeding Families Onsite Pantry and Mobile Pantries as the primary responsibility. This position may also support the Elder Share program as needed. These responsibilities will include weekly data entry in the Community Connect (CC) database for program participants, ensuring both physical and electronic records are accurate while providing administrative support to the programs team. The Enrollment Specialist position is eligible for a flexible schedule based on the needs of the organization. At any time, the schedule may flex from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 25 hours per week. On average in most weeks this position will work about 20 hours. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.

Agency Coordinator

The Agency Coordinator (AC) is responsible for setting up, organizing, and overseeing Community Food Share’s Agency Shop Floor (ASF). With support from the Programs Manager, the AC takes the lead on planning and assigning tasks, inventory management, and day to day oversight of the Agency Shop Floor. This position ensures that the staff and volunteers from Partner Agencies that shop the ASF always receive consistent and exceptional customer service. The AC trains volunteers who help on the ASF and supports training other program volunteers as needed. This position is ultimately responsible for setting and managing the Agency Shop Floor and ensuring Community Food Share best serves its Partner Agencies.
